Apologies for the photos, our decent camera was in Japan with Joel for this portion of the build, so I only have what few photos I remembered to snap on my phone. Since I'm running a fuel cell in the back I needed a rear firewall. I forgot to take progress pictures but here's a few of the finished product before paint.
There is a removable panel that fits in the hole so I can still reach in and adjust the shocks.
For the top sheet, I drew in the shape of the raised section and took it down to a local sheet metal place to roll it up before welding it in.
After all the cutting I did in the back I needed to make a frame to house the 30 litre Jazz fuel cell I picked up.
Also made up a small bracket to mount the bosch 044 fuel pump to finish it all off.
