Thursday, 5 January 2012 Hitomi-Go days are run at Meihan and Suzuka by Hitomi-San, a female drifter from the famous workshop 'Looking'. These days are by far the most popular at Meihan, bringing out all the best drivers, cars and the friendliest people I met whilst drifting in Kansai.
Hitomi-san drives this rather famous 326 kitted 180sx (and drives it very well). I have always loved this style and was always blown away at the quality of this build. The paint and the attention to detail was amazing. It was pretty scary to watch her drift this show-like car along the walls every few weeks.
Chukichi-san from 'Wish' left his S15 at home and bought out his 350z for this day. Another car that was in showroom condition and still got a thrashing around the track.
Jesse and Yu-san were also here as usual.
One of my favourite drivers Siemi Tanaka showed up with his D1SL (now GP) competition Onevia.
There's always an amazing range of cars at Hitomi-Go days, although this particular BMW wasn't drifting.
Team Burst chilling in the corner.
It takes a lot to kill a 180sx.
Takesi Shinkawa and a few friends up from Hiroshima. Another one of my favorite drivers.
High power SR20 Ae86 from Garage 910.
Jesse getting a peace sign in.
And home time in the trusty Honda life.
